THE FIRST BOOK OF HARRY POTTER, 'Harry Potter And The Sorcerer's Stone' was released in september 1999, USA by J.K. Rowling . She started as a struggling single mother who had a love for writing stories. J.K. Rowling's stories were rejected many times by publishers. However, she never gave up.

Her efforts finally paid off when she was awarded honors from the Scottish Arts Council permitting her to finish the first book of Harry Potter. Her dreams were eventually fulfilled. Rowling became a famous author who continued her story of Harry Potter till the seventh book. The novel became a famed international phenomenon which won major awards including the 1997 National Book Award(UK) and plenty more.

"In my opinion, books of Harry Potter has inspired many readers and students to either write like the successful author or to someday be the author of a best selling book," answered Sophy, a proud mother of 10-year old girl, Sienna, who read all the seven books of the Harry Potter series.
