THE BOY WHO LIVED...

THE FIRST BOOK OF HARRY POTTER, 'Harry Potter And The Sorcerer's Stone' was released in september 1999, USA by J.K. Rowling . She started as a struggling single mother who had a love for writing stories. J.K. Rowling's stories were rejected many times by publishers. However, she never gave up.

Her efforts finally paid off when she was awarded honors from the Scottish Arts Council permitting her to finish the first book of Harry Potter. Her dreams were eventually fulfilled. Rowling became a famous author who continued her story of Harry Potter till the seventh book. The novel became a famed international phenomenon which won major awards including the 1997 National Book Award(UK) and plenty more.

"In my opinion, books of Harry Potter has inspired many readers and students to either write like the successful author or to someday be the author of a best selling book," answered Sophy, a proud mother of 10-year old girl, Sienna, who read all the seven books of the Harry Potter series. "she just can't stop reading them!"

As interviewed, children, even adults, enjoy this enchanting book that's full of exciting, adventurous events, hearth -pounding moments and mysterious yet mystical affairs that are for all ages.

"What's this book about?" you may think. Well its about a well-known wizard that, rumor has it, destroyed the dark lord. He was famous. He was definitely not normal. He was powerful. He was also in jeopardy. Harry Potter thought he would live his life miserably with his horrible aunt, uncle and his whale of a cousin, Dudley. But all of that was about to change after 11 years with his abusive living relatives, he finally understood the truth of what had happened to his parents and who he really was... A wizard.

  3. ... I suggest you change your title because it is the title of the first chapter of the first book of the Harry Potter series and some of your sentences in your last paragraph is quite awkward.

  4. There are some capitalization that needs to be fixed like september or she on the start of the quote. The review is really good with many interesting adjectives and adventurous words.

Brilliant, Tiff! The review is really good!
